Fishing has been a little tough for the last couple days but when you move out, you get a handful of browns right now and tight and a bunch of salmon are out into the 30-40 foot of water which is making for some great mixed bags . Michigan stingers in a stingray size black widow, sea sick and black wiggler has been doing most of the damage.

After doing a double yesterday it was a little late to do our fishing report. Both trips were very successful with diverse catches. The water became clear with the northeast winds but after some hard work and persistent we were still able to come up with some great hauls. 2 and 3 year old kings came to hand to boot. Some staple spoons have been the “Fat Nancy’s”, “Black Widow”and “Seasick Waddler”. ![]()
This mornings trio produced some above average browns and 2 keeper Atlantic salmon. “Seasick Waddler” stinger spoon being our top producer.- [ ] ![]()

The afternoon trip we didn’t get our five man box. We put 15 in the box with four throwbacks again a combination of Michigan Stinger lures in Smithwick’s. They also put another big Atlantic at the taxidermist.![]()
